Last October the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/reformandainitiative.us14.list-manage1.com\/track\/click?u=86de572fbb99de921b039d490&amp;id=87eb46d15a&amp;e=42a0d4ad76\" target=\"_blank\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?hl=it&amp;q=http:\/\/reformandainitiative.us14.list-manage1.com\/track\/click?u%3D86de572fbb99de921b039d490%26id%3D87eb46d15a%26e%3D42a0d4ad76&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1495113175882000&amp;usg=AFQjCNFAE_GaiYs6vvgmY2dYQ1TvzeTF4g\">&#8220;Is the Reformation Over?&#8221; Statement<\/a>\u00a0was released by the Reformanda Initiative, which clarified why Evangelicals affirm the Reformers&#8217; convictions that our final authority is the Bible and that we are justified by faith alone. Hundreds of Evangelical leaders and scholars from around the world signed the Statement.<br \/>\nBut not everyone was positive toward the Statement &#8220;Is the Reformation Over?&#8221;\u00a0 Some have criticized it harshly and even accused the signers of bearing false witness.\u00a0 Thus we thought that a response to these accusations and criticisms\u00a0was not only appropriate, but necessary. We believe that the hundreds of Evangelical leaders and scholars from across the world who signed the &#8220;Is the Reformation Over?&#8221; Statement would have been tarred by these false accusations if a response was not provided.<\/p>\n<p>For this reason the Reformanda Initiative believed it right to write &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/reformandainitiative.us14.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=86de572fbb99de921b039d490&amp;id=7d24645c08&amp;e=42a0d4ad76\" target=\"_blank\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?hl=it&amp;q=http:\/\/reformandainitiative.us14.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u%3D86de572fbb99de921b039d490%26id%3D7d24645c08%26e%3D42a0d4ad76&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1495113175882000&amp;usg=AFQjCNFOAQilwzr3spAoy8umPDmJKrVVsw\">A Need for Clarification: Is the Reformation Over?<\/a>&#8220;.\u00a0We believe, however, that this article can have a purpose beyond the immediate controversy.\u00a0 As the article explains,<\/p>\n<p><em>Our hope is that this article may serve a wider audience.
